Coinbase has acquired Spindl, an onchain advertising and attribution platform, in a move to enhance visibility and user growth for projects built on its Ethereum layer-2 network, Base.

Announced on Jan. 31, the acquisition marks Coinbase’s latest effort to solve the “onchain discovery problem,” giving developers new tools to attract and retain users in the decentralized ecosystem.
